Plans and usage

Proximae has three plans. Paid plans are billed per seat for the people producing the work; reviewers and Share link guests are always free.

Plans

Free. For trying Proximae out. One member, 2 projects, 3 versions per asset, 10 model uploads or 1 GB of source uploads per month, 1 GB of storage, and up to 100 MB per 3D model. Share links with comments, approvals, and downloads, and in-app notifications.
Pro. For freelancers shipping client work. Unlimited projects and versions, 50 model uploads or 5 GB of source uploads per month, 100 GB of storage, and up to 200 MB per 3D model. Adds advanced Share links with passwords, expiry, members-only access, and watermarks, brush painting and A/B comparison, custom HDR and EXR environments, live collaboration, email notifications, and unlimited invited reviewers.
Team. For studios. Everything in Pro, 5 member seats included with more available, 200 model uploads or 100 GB of source uploads per month, 500 GB of storage, batch ZIP imports up to 500 MB, admin and editor roles, and per-project member access.

How usage is counted

Model uploads per month count each new 3D model or new 3D version once, in a UTC calendar month.
Source upload volume per month counts the bytes of every original file uploaded in the month.
Uploads pause when either monthly allowance is used up, and resume at the start of the next month.
Storage counts the original files. Review copies, variants, thumbnails, and previews are included at no extra cost.
Versions per asset counts what an asset holds now. Deleting a version frees the slot.

Capacity packs

On Pro and Team, a workspace can buy a one-time capacity pack that adds 20 model uploads and 10 GB of source volume. Pack capacity does not expire at the end of the month.

Check usage

Open Account, Usage. It shows storage, uploads this month, and source volume this month for every workspace where you are an owner, admin, or editor.
