Reviewer guide
What to expect when you receive a Proximae review link.
You have been sent a link to review work in Proximae. You do not need an account, a plugin, or a download.
Open the link
Open it in a current browser on a computer, tablet, or phone. If the link is password protected, enter the password you were given. If it asks you to sign in, the share was made for workspace members only; use the account that was invited.
The share lists the assets to review. Open one to view it.
Look at the work
- 3D models. Drag to orbit, right-drag or two-finger drag to pan, scroll
or pinch to zoom. Press
Fto frame the model. - Animation and video. Use the timeline to play, scrub, and step frames.
- Images. Drag to pan and scroll to zoom.
The help control in the viewer shows the gestures for the current asset.
Leave feedback
If the share allows comments, you can comment as a guest. Enter your name so the team knows who wrote the note. Click a spot on the model or image to pin a comment there, or use the drawing tools to circle what you mean. On a video or animated model, pause on the frame first; the comment keeps that frame.
Your comments show the exact view you had when you wrote them, so you do not need to describe the angle.
Approve
If the share allows approvals, choose Approve on the version you are signing off. The team sees who approved and when. You can remove your approval if you change your mind.
Download
If the share allows downloads, a download control is available on the asset. Some shares show a watermark and do not allow downloads.
Stay informed
If you gave an email address with your comment, you can subscribe to updates on the share and unsubscribe from the same emails at any time.
