Connect your account
Sign in to Proximae from Blender through your browser.
Blender never sees your password. Signing in opens your browser, where you approve the connection; Blender receives its own credential, separate from your browser session.
Steps
- In the Proximae sidebar tab, choose Sign In.
- Your browser opens the Proximae sign-in page. Sign in if you are not already, then approve access for Blender.
- Return to Blender. The panel shows your account and the destination controls.
- The first time you upload, choose Allow Uploads to approve the export permission in the browser as well.
Expected result
The panel lists your workspaces and projects. The connection is remembered across Blender restarts for up to 30 days, after which you sign in again.
Sign out
Choose Sign Out in the panel. The connection is revoked on the server before it is cleared locally. You can also revoke any Blender connection from the web app under Account, Security, Connected integrations.
Notes
- Signing out of the web app does not end a Blender connection. A connection lasts 30 days from approval unless you revoke it.
- The saved credential lives in your operating system's credential store. If no store is available, the panel says so and the sign-in lasts until Blender closes.
- Browser approval times out after three minutes. Choose Open Browser Again if the page did not open, or Cancel to stop.
