Roles and permissions
The capability matrix for workspace and project roles.
A member has a workspace role and a scope of either all projects or selected projects. Inside a project the effective role is admin, editor, or reviewer.

A reviewer can download an asset only through an assigned Share that allows downloads.
Share link guests
A guest on a Share link has only what the link allows: view, and optionally comment, approve, and download. Guests never use a seat.

Free workspaces have a single member. Pro can invite reviewers. Team can invite admins, editors, and reviewers. See Plans and usage.
