Projects
A project groups the assets, folders, shares, and members for one piece of work.
A project is the unit of work inside a workspace: one product, one character, one client deliverable. It holds assets and folders, the Share links created for it, its own activity feed, and its member list.
Access
Workspace members with access to all projects see every project. Members with selected projects access see only the projects they were given, each with a project role of admin, editor, or reviewer. Reviewers can view, comment, and approve; editors also upload and manage files; admins also manage the project's members and settings.
Inside a project
- Assets shows the files, in a grid or list, with folders for organizing them.
- Activity lists what happened in the project.
- Project Shares lists the Share links created for the project.
- Members lists who can open it and with which role.
Limits
The Free plan allows two projects per workspace; Pro and Team have no project limit. Deleting a project moves its assets out of reach and reclaims their storage after the deletion completes.
