Workspaces

A workspace is where a team's work lives. It owns the projects, the members and their roles, the plan and its usage limits, and the activity feed.

What a workspace holds

• Projects. Every project belongs to exactly one workspace.
• Members. People are invited to a workspace with a role, and with access to either all of its projects or only selected ones.
• Plan and usage. Storage, monthly upload allowances, version caps, and feature entitlements are counted per workspace.
• Review Shares. Shares that were assigned to you for review across the workspace's projects are listed in one place.
• Activity. A feed of uploads, comments, approvals, and share activity.

Ownership

Each workspace has one owner. The owner manages billing and can transfer ownership; admins with access to all projects manage members, settings, and projects. The full matrix is in Roles and permissions.

Several workspaces

An account can belong to more than one workspace, for example your own studio and a client's. The Workspaces page lists every workspace you can open.
